Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Job Description:

Greeting and Supporting Customers

You will be responsible for greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner, providing them with information and assistance to guide them through the medical assessment process.

Processing Payments and Forms

You will be responsible for processing payments via EFTPOS and confirming customer documentation is completed to requirements.

Explaining Medical Procedures

You will explain the steps throughout the visa medical examination and ensure the customer understands the key elements of the process.
