Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and driving engagement with staff, residents, family, and the broader community.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media plans, managing the marketing inbox, coordinating events, creating and maintaining content, and providing executive support.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Marketing and Communications Lead to enhance our digital presence and contribute to meaningful engagement with our stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, and a team player. If you have a passion for marketing and communications, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media plans to engage with our audience
  • Manage the marketing inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Coordinate events and meetings to promote our brand and drive engagement
  • Create and maintain high-quality content for our website and social media channels
  • Provide executive support to our leadership team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
