About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Leader to join our team at Camp Australia. As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program for children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating daily plans and organizing activities for the service
  • Supervising and supporting a group of primary-aged children
  • Preparing and serving healthy food options
  • Building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community
  • Nurturing a positive environment for learning, fun, and play

About You

We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare, who can form positive relationships with children and families. You will need to have completed or be studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid Working with Children Check.

Additional requirements include:

  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
  • Availability to work from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
