Financial Asset Management Specialist

The Financial Accountant (Fixed Assets) role involves overseeing the maintenance and management of the fixed asset register, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of fixed assets, preparing and reconciling fixed asset schedules to support financial reporting, and contributing to month-end and year-end close processes by recording depreciation, asset movements, and related journal entries.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operational teams to track and validate asset acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
- A strong foundation in accounting principles, preferably with CA/CPA qualifications.
- Proficiency in SAP with advanced excel skills is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines are essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to provide insights and recommendations to improve fixed asset and CAPEX accounting processes and reporting accuracy.
