Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our process improvement team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing manufacturing processes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and developing process capabilities.
Your ability to read and understand engineering drawings is essential, as well as your skills in material science, electrical/mechanical testing, and regulatory approvals.
You will be responsible for providing process capability information during pre-order efforts, supporting production to keep jobs moving, improving processes to reduce processing time and costs, and providing process information to the design team on new jobs.
You will also support scheduled preventive maintenance activities, ensure safety, and participate in training. Additionally, you will champion our company culture and create a strong business unit.
As a Process Engineer, you will lead process improvement teams to enhance processes and support customers. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of all processes, diagnose production equipment issues, and suggest improvements.
You will work directly with the Process Engineering Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality standards and exceptional internal and external customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide process capability information during pre-order efforts

- Improve processes to reduce processing time and costs

Requirements:
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Education: Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline or equivalent work/education experience
