Job Title

Nurse Care Provider Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This exciting opportunity will see you providing high-quality nursing care to residents in our residential aged care home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to best practice nursing procedures and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Act as a team leader, guiding and supporting the personal care team to achieve our goal of delivering person-centered care.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by closely following all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong coaching and training skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Ability to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
