Electrical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrician Supervisor to lead teams in delivering high-quality, safe, and reliable electrical solutions.

As an Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing supervision and direction to construction craft personnel in the electrical discipline. You will also coordinate with other crafts to ensure proper integration and completion of projects.

Maintaining project standards by upholding safety, productivity, quality, and cost standards is crucial for this role. This includes planning labor requirements, scheduling, and assigning tasks to meet project timelines and objectives. Additionally, forecasting and planning for tools, equipment, and materials needed for electrical tasks and projects is essential.

Ensuring the quality of electrical work meets or exceeds project standards and compliance with all relevant regulations is also key. Troubleshooting and resolving technical and logistical problems encountered by the electrical team is another important responsibility. Providing technical guidance and training to the team on the latest electrical standards and practices will also be part of your duties as an Electrician Supervisor.

In order to succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Have a US TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph, or an Australian PV clearance.
  • Hold a Journeyman or Master Electrical License (or AUS Equivalent).
  • Have a minimum of seven years of electrical engineering experience.
  • Have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
  • Training and certification in electrical safety, OSHA standards, and other relevant safety protocols.
