Electrical engineers design and develop electrical systems for a wide range of applications. In this role, you will work with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of complex projects involving electrical systems documentation, configurations, and updates.

Key responsibilities include defining project requirements documentation, performing technical studies to refine project requirements, monitoring projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained, and providing coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensuring all necessary reviews and approvals are received. Additionally, you will support engineers in the design, development, modification, and improvement of products/processes, and identify and recommend improvements/preventive actions, inspecting, testing, maintaining, researching, repairing, and installing equipment and systems.

To be successful in this role, you must have a broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. You should hold and be able to maintain an Australian 'A' Grade Electrical License, OR hold and be able to maintain a minimum US State Journeyman Electrical License. A Valid Driver's license and an active US Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Security Clearance is also required. Five years of experience with design reviews and O&M facility-related programs of similar size, scope, and complexity, as well as five years of experience as a Senior Project Manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, is necessary. Demonstrated experience managing a multi-million dollar project portfolio and balancing resources while maintaining costs and schedules is also beneficial.

Prior experience in configuration management, electrical systems, and project management would be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
