Job Title: Care and Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and older adults to live independently.

About the Role:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, food preparation, and domestic duties.
  • Provide community access through transport, shopping, and social outings.
  • Support clients with respect and acknowledgement of their abilities and strengths.
  • Help clients develop skills and achieve personal growth goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
Your Qualifications:
  • A Certificate III in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Training within the last 12 months.
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • The NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
