Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Class 3 SDA property developments from concept to completion. Working closely with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders ensures each project meets compliance standards and is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines and track budgets
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government bodies
  • Administer construction contracts and progress claims
  • Provide clear reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client-side project management
  • Single dwelling residential experience
  • Familiarity with SDA design standards and Class 3 building classification preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts e.g. AS 4000, AS 4902
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly motivated proactive and able to work independently
  • Based in Victoria with ability to attend site visits and project meetings

  • National Police Check or ability to obtain
  • Driver's Licence preferred
