We are seeking a senior electrical engineering leader to drive our building services division in Perth.

About the Role

You will provide strategic direction and technical oversight for the electrical engineering function within the team.

  • Develop business development initiatives to expand our client base and secure major projects.
  • Oversight of complex building services projects across sectors including commercial, health, education, transport, and mixed-use developments.

Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing electrical engineering team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate technical excellence and quality assurance across all design documentation and project deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, developers, contractors, and government agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Chartered status (CPEng) and Engineers Australia membership preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in building services electrical engineering, with a strong background in project delivery, design leadership, and team management.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership or director-level position within a consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrated success in winning and delivering major building services projects across a range of sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial management in a consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
