Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a showroom environment, particularly in the builder/trade industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide expert advice on our custom-made-to-order products
- Manage a shared inbox and schedule selection appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service to builders, trades, and residential customers
- Plan take-offs, estimate, and prepare quotations
- Service customer quote and order enquiries
- Update leads progress in a CRM system
- Perform sales administration tasks

Requirements:

- Previous showroom experience in the builder/trade industry
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to understand technical product knowledge requirements
- Ability to use CRM systems as a tool for activity sales planning and customer records
- Professional and manage self well in a busy showroom environment
- Supportive team player who prides themselves on their customer service
