About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to join our team at K'gari Beach Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
  • Assisting with food preparation as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Hands-on approach to work
  • Professional outlook in the workplace
  • Ability to take direction
  • Knowledge of cleaning requirements in the back of house kitchen area
  • Ability to follow safe handling techniques for food and equipment
