Job Title: Clinical Leadership Specialist

Clinical Nurse Consultant is an expert practitioner who facilitates evidence-based practice through leadership and quality improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead clinical teams to enhance patient outcomes, develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols, and maintain open communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for improving clinical practice and patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to establish and maintain high-quality standards in the specialty area.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure adherence to best practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, to promote transparency and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • At least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, with at least 3 years in the specialty field.
  • Postgraduate nursing/midwifery qualifications relevant to the field.
