We are seeking a highly skilled Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioner to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patients with expert Chinese medicine consultations, treatments of acupuncture and other therapies. They will also be expected to provide outstanding patient and customer services through product sales for the clinic, as well as assist in overseeing clinic operations and coordinating daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality TCM consultations and treatments to patients
  • Sell products to patients and ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist in managing clinic operations, including scheduling and patient record maintenance
  • Prepare and administer medications and herbs as directed by other practitioners
  • Coordinate daily administrative activities, including ordering stock and supplies
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with all health care regulations

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • Current registration as a TCM practitioner in Australia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
