The Five Bridges Community Programs Manager role represents Five Bridges externally and manages/auspices services internally. The CPM has responsibility and accountability for successfully delivering the Community Programs within Five Bridges.



In this role, you will be responsible for managing and providing supervision to team members working within various programs, including Maroochydore Murri Court, Brisbane Murri Court, Ipswich Murri Court, and others. You will also be responsible for coordinating with team members to ensure services are aligning to KPIs and deliverables described in Service Agreements and Funding Schedules.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Managing and supervising team members
  • Providing support and assistance across various programs
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure services are delivered in accordance with Service Agreements and Funding Schedules
  • Monitoring staff and their personal and annual leave
  • Providing annual performance appraisals on staff
  • Providing direction and support to staff
  • Tracking and meeting all service milestones working with staff
  • Managing and facilitating project/staff meetings
