Delivery Team Member

As a pivotal member of our Trade Counter team, you will split your time between delivering products and assisting engineers, project managers and other tradespeople in accessing the items they require to maintain fire safety protection.
- Picking orders, loading delivery vehicles and delivering goods in a timely manner.
- Utilizing our in-house technology to accurately track, submit and complete delivery runs.
- Supporting branch stock management activities.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Being a collaborative team member.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy helping customers both in person and over the phone. You should be able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate. Additionally, you should be comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.
Required Skills and QualificationsA clean valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, is essential. We also offer opportunities for career development within our network or head office.
