Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Process sales and orders, prepare customer quotes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform tasks related to branch warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and consigning orders.
  • Deliver customer orders around the local area, utilizing your skills in time management and route optimization.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate computing skills, with experience in using technology to improve workflow efficiency.
  • A valid driver's license and ideally a forklift certificate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
