Job Title: Youth Employment Coach

Are you passionate about empowering young people to achieve their career goals? We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Youth Employment Coach to join our team at SYC.

About the Role:

As a Youth Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting young people to secure sustainable employment. You will work closely with our clients to develop personalized job plans, provide intensive pre-employment support, and build strong relationships with local businesses and education/training providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of young people and provide individualized support to help them achieve their employment goals
  • Develop and maintain strong links with local businesses, education/training providers, and community agencies
  • Provide intensive pre-employment support to young people, including job readiness training and placement services
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve client outcomes and meet performance targets

About You:

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working with young people, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience working with disengaged young people, and be able to build rapport and achieve successful outcomes.
