Program Lead
The primary objective of this role is to lead and direct Defence vessel programs ensuring timely delivery and contractual compliance.
A highly motivated individual will establish a multi-disciplined team and drive performance through functional enablement to deliver project objectives. Effective project management methodologies and control will be deployed, with leadership provided to the project team to ensure safe and quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy effective project management tools to manage the program.
- Implement and maintain a compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for the program.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships throughout the program lifecycle.
- Enable and empower the program team to deliver cost-effective results that meet or exceed customer and contractual obligations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in leading Defence/Commercial projects.
- Prior experience in Shipbuilding/Repair Industry.
- Project Management certification from a professional PM Body.
- Demonstrable experience with Ship Management.
- Recognized maritime degree or trade qualification.
