Job Summary:

Lorna Jane is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Holiday Active Stylist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and collaborative store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for all customers
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales techniques
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPI goals
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect

Requirements:

  • Availability to work key trade days from Thursday to Sunday, during the day and overtime
  • Availability to work peak trade times during the month of December and January
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required
