We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Disability Support Worker to join our team in Lismore and Ballina, NSW. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance to individuals with disabilities, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, and laundry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care in accordance with individualized Care Plans
  • Manual Handling & Hoist
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks

What We Offer:

  • A variety of shift options to suit your availability
  • 20 to 40+ hours per week
  • Weekly salary ranging from $800 to $2,000 per week
  • Competitive hourly rates for weekend and public holiday shifts

Requirements:

  • Blue Card preferred
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card
  • Cert 3 in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Own Transport & Drivers License
  • Fully Covid Vaccinated as per QLD Government Health Regulations
  • Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport/ Birth Cert etc.)
