We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team in Ormeau, South Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of related building site works, ensuring that project targets are met.

This is an exciting chance to enhance your career and become an integral part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and demonstrable experience in delivering successfully in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day building package activities to ensure all site undertakings are in line with the project plans.
  • Own and communicate the short-term lookahead program for delivery.
  • Manage subcontractor performance.
  • Ensure all operations are undertaken in accordance with the limits of authority.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • In-depth experience in the building/construction industry.
  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Outcome-focused and thorough understanding of the factors affecting the end product and result.
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality systems.
