Construction Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced construction supervisor to manage volume residential builds on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

 

  • Oversee multiple detached housing projects from site cut through to handover
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams to meet key milestones
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and site progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams

 

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in volume residential construction
  • QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (required)
  • NSW Supervisor Licence (required or willingness to obtain)
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (required)
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and time management skills
  • White Card and valid Driver's Licence
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
