We're seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team, servicing and installing electronic security equipment for clients across the country.

This role offers opportunities for growth, development, and professional recognition, as you work closely with our Technical Solutions Manager to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Duties:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct maintenance on Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems
  • Liaise with customers on technical matters
  • Provide outstanding customer care

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Technician
  • Valid NSW Installers License
  • Open Registration Cabling License
  • White Card
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience with Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High accuracy and ability to work well under pressure
