Job Description: As an Electronic Security Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes in the security services sector. You will lead a team of professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic security leadership or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of security control systems, including C-Cure, Gallagher EACS, and Lenel
  • Experience working with CCTV, NVRs, DVRs, LAN/WAN devices, and other security technologies
  • Strong technical skills, including routing, IP addressing, VLANS, and PC-related expertise
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
