
Social Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive social work services to support students, schools, and communities in achieving their educational goals and development.
You will work closely with school leadership teams, teachers, and other professionals to identify and address barriers that impact student access, preparation, and progress. Your expertise will inform the development of teaching and learning strategies and student wellbeing programs.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive contribution to the lives of children and young people, their families, schools, and communities. You will be part of a multidisciplinary health, wellbeing, and inclusion team, working collaboratively with others to build capability and support student achievement, engagement, and wellbeing.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A graduate or post-graduate degree in social work or equivalent
- Eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
- Possession of a current Australian Drivers' Licence and Working with Children Check
