Family Violence Practitioner Role

This position involves working with a close-knit team to provide face-to-face support, facilitate referrals, and advocate for clients in the Family Violence space.

You will be responsible for case management, assisting with safety planning, advocacy, and support in navigating the housing exit process. Additionally, you will manage referrals from various sources and work closely with clients on life planning, including connecting them with healthcare providers and other essential services.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification and possess critical thinking skills. Previous experience within Family Violence is preferred, but not required. The ability to adapt and be moulded into the role is essential.

Responsibilities:
