Project Coordination Specialist

  • Develop and maintain project documentation using Aconex or similar software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming visitors to the office and performing various administrative duties.
  • Process invoices, place orders, and coordinate social events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the project office.

    To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience in document control and administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in achieving project goals.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software (Aconex or similar).
