Meat Cutting Professional

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to prepare and cut high-quality meat products for our menu items.
This role requires excellent knife skills, knowledge of portion cutting, and an understanding of stock take and stock rotation.
Main Responsibilities:- Cutting and packing meat products efficiently to meet customer demands
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the preparation process
- Collaborating with other staff members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a food or meat environment with proven knife skills
- Familiarity with stock management systems and procedures
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
