We are seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to join our team at Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd
About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of preventative maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively coordinating and managing the scheduling of preventative maintenance services.
- Organising service team technicians, parts, and all other relevant stakeholders involved in each job.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Requirements
- Prior experience in planning and scheduling.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of earthmoving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Effective internal and external communication skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Skilled in upselling parts and identifying service sales opportunities.
- Trade qualification (highly regarded).
- Current driver's license.
- Forklift license (highly regarded).
