Corporate Advisory Lawyer

Corporate and commercial law experts with 5+ years of experience in M&A work are sought to lead complex transactions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering corporate advisory services, handling private M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating key contracts, and collaborating closely with partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating directly with clients and working closely with partners
- Providing supervision and support to junior lawyers within the team
- Handling business sale agreements, shareholder agreements, loan and security documents, and other transactional contracts
- Delivering corporate advisory services, including advice on corporate governance and directors' duties, as well as reviewing general commercial contracts and providing guidance on franchise and agency agreements
About the role:
- 5+ years of professional experience in commercial and M&A work
- Experience with property transactions and commercial lease management
- Ability to balance legal and commercial considerations in negotiations and drafting
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with clients and other parties
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities to manage junior lawyers
A senior associate with expertise in corporate and commercial law is required to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial and M&A work
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
