About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team, who is passionate about the liquor industry and has a commitment to providing great customer experiences. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be a go-to person for customer queries, enjoy engaging with customers, and have a strong knowledge of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to build strong relationships
  • Have a strong knowledge of our products and be able to answer customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 17kg
  • Hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the liquor industry, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you're a team player who is committed to providing great customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
