About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Liquor Sales Associate to join our team at Liquorland. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge of our liquor products to customers, making recommendations and answering questions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases and promotions
  • Ensure a safe and responsible service of alcohol, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork

About You:

  • You have a passion for the liquor industry and a strong desire to learn and grow with our team
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • You're a team player, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • You're committed to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on delivering a positive experience for every customer
  • You hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
