Travel Sales Associate

We're seeking a skilled Travel Sales Consultant to join our team at Royal Automobile Association of South Australia. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating unforgettable adventures for our valued members.
Key Responsibilities- Tailor and manage end-to-end travel bookings, ensuring personalized experiences that cater to each member's unique preferences.
- Act as a trusted advisor, selling a wide range of travel products, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and more.
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, via email, and online.
- Exceed sales targets, going above and beyond to achieve remarkable results.
- Certificate in Travel and Tourism or equivalent is mandatory.
- A demonstrated track record of reaching high-performing sales targets.
- Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work cohesively within a team.
- Knowledge in domestic products.
