We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Calvary Mater Hospital in Waratah, NSW.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification, strong knowledge of safe food handling principles, and previous experience working in a healthcare cooking role.

Main responsibilities include preparing patient meals via the cook/chill method, applying HACCP protocols, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements.

In addition, the successful candidate will be able to work independently, demonstrate high attention to detail and time management skills, and possess extensive knowledge of kitchen procedures and operations.
