Job Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Community Support Specialist to assist with the daily operations of our community, ensuring exceptional service every step of the way.

This role will see you support site presentation, contractor coordination, resident wellbeing, and emergency response, as well as sales and occupancy by assisting with new home installations, resident interviews, and promotional activities to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales and occupancy initiatives to meet business targets
  • Manage administration and compliance tasks to maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate and deliver events to engage residents and promote community spirit
