Our team is seeking an experienced Community Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our lifestyle community. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our community runs smoothly and residents receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with site presentation and contractor coordination to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Support resident wellbeing and emergency response efforts to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Manage administration tasks including resident files, utility billing, and legislative adherence to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate events from planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation to foster a vibrant and engaged community
  • Lead and support the team through coaching, rostering, recruitment, and promoting a positive work environment

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, team-oriented attitude with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and compliance is essential.
