Multidisciplinary Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled mental health professional to join our multidisciplinary team at Croydon Health Centre.
- Our Community Mental Health service provides comprehensive care and support to consumers across various age groups, including young people, children, families, adults, and older individuals.
- As part of our Core Team model of care, you will be involved in delivering clinical services, including intake, assessment, consultation, treatment, and care coordination.
- Care coordination is a crucial component of this model, involving extended care coordination, targeted packages of care, and short-term care coordination for consumers under our care.
The ideal candidate will have current NSW Drivers Licence, current nursing registration with AHPRA, and demonstrated competencies in providing contemporary mental health practice.
