About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Team (MData). As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in promoting and supporting the use of agile frameworks, driving the delivery of new initiatives and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into actionable solutions, participating in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of MData solutions.
  • Develop business requirements and functional design documents, end-user manuals, and business glossaries.
  • Leverage BI & Analytics tools to translate business needs into viable solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to build strong partnerships and drive project delivery.
  • Work closely with business units, project managers, and project teams to ensure seamless IT delivery and services.
  • Foster collaboration between the MData Team and end-users to provide solutions and associated processes across business pillars.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in BI, Data Warehouse, and Analytics solutions.
  • Prior industry experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Excellent storytelling and design skills for effective BI user presentation experiences.
  • High-level organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and achieve business goals.
  • Experience in designing solutions requiring enterprise application integration and data integration.
  • Proficiency in agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Data Warehouse design concepts, and Analytics tools.
