About the Role

We are seeking a professional and skilled Radiology Support Coordinator to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our Radiology Department.

This position involves managing front desk reception, handling appointments and enquiries, and preparing documentation within our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service and liaise effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Manage reception duties, including answering phones, greeting patients, and responding to in-person enquiries.
  • Accurately prepare and manage patient documentation and data entry in our systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all correspondence, documentation, and communications.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Advanced computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and accurate data entry.
  • Proven ability to manage databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and customer-centric service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience with hospital systems is desirable.
