- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of user-centered products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and behaviors, to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
- Design and deliver high-quality UX solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.
- Conduct user research, gather and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices.
- Present and advocate for user-centered designs to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 Years of Commercial Experience as a UI-UX Designer
- Experience with Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent tools.
- Experience in conducting user testing, gathering insights, and feedback.
- Solid understanding of accessible design principles and WCAG guidelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Centred Design, or similar.
This is a long-term contract role with opportunities for extension and growth within the company.
