Senior User Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced user researcher to play a key role in helping us understand the needs of our public sector clients and inform our design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive user research to gain insights into motivations, pain-points and needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify and define research objectives.
  • Plan and execute research activities to develop a deep understanding of service users.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to translate user data into actionable insights.
  • Ensure design decisions are informed by empirical evidence and best practices.
Requirements:
  • More than 4 years of experience in a research role in a government environment.
  • Proficiency in UX and UI design tools.
  • Current ASGVA Baseline clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Australian citizenship is required.

This role is open to applicants based in Canberra.
