We are seeking an experienced UX/UI design specialist to join our Federal Government Client team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and have experience designing for web and mobile applications.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product and business owners.
- Conduct engagement activities to co-design project requirements and outcomes, including changes to processes, systems, people, and information.
- Illustrate concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design wireframes and prototypes for mobile and web applications.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing.
- Capture and analyze data related to requirements in collaboration with business analysts.
- Obtain agreement and formal sign-off of requirements from stakeholders and governance groups.
- Influence project documentation to support UI/UX requirements definition.
- Assist in designing and implementing a client design system.
- Produce deliverables according to project schedules.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in eliciting UI/UX requirements techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews.
- Contemporary knowledge of UI/UX methodologies and experience designing for WCAG guidelines.
- Experience designing for Salesforce and accessibility requirements.
