Job Opportunity: Senior ServiceNow Consultant

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow Consultation, Implementation, and Design.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Consulting and implementation
  • Strong customer interaction and team leadership skills
  • Hands-on experience in Case Management, Change Management, Agent Workspace configuration, and ITSM setup
  • Advanced Work Assignment and related lists UI actions expertise
  • Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes proficiency
  • Service Catalog, SLA, ACLs knowledge
  • User Administration and role assignment expertise
  • Service Catalog creation and management skills
  • Data sources and transform scripts familiarity

Benefits:
