Job Description:

At Nuix, we're on a mission to empower our customers to be a force for good by finding truth in the digital world. We're seeking an exceptional Principal DevOps Engineer to join our team in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of and driving improvements to shared platforms, including CI/CD tools, configuration management, AWS networking infrastructure, security, logging, and monitoring.
  • Maintaining operational excellence across Nuix environments.
  • Identifying and owning opportunities to simplify or automate systems and processes.
  • Collaborating with development teams to assist and recommend deployment and implementation patterns with various applications being deployed.
  • Providing technical support to other teams in adopting DevOps-based tools and processes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience.
  • Advanced level capabilities as pertains to all phases of testing within the SDLC.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS.
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
  • Configuration Management Experience (Puppet, Chef, or Vagrant preferred).

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
