Park Maintenance Specialist

Our team seeks a skilled professional to maintain high standards in our Memorial Park and contribute to projects enhancing its appearance.
This role involves performing a wide variety of tasks, including maintenance, construction and participating in burial duties when required. Adaptability and flexibility are essential as you will work across different environments and weather conditions.
We require an individual with horticultural, gardening or landscaping experience, who can perform heavy lifting and landscaping duties for extended periods. Additionally, experience working with heavy machinery is necessary.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with the public, handle sensitive situations and work comfortably in a cemetery and crematoria environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining the high standards of our Memorial Park.
- Participating in burial duties when required.
- Assisting with cremation duties on a rotating roster.
- Horticultural, gardening or landscaping experience.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and landscaping duties for extended periods.
- Hold an Excavator and/or Truck License or be capable of doing so.
- Experience working with heavy machinery.
- Highly customer-focused and sensitive to grieving people.
- Ability to work comfortably in a cemetery and crematoria environment.
