Key Responsibilities



  • Provide technical leadership and embody Jacobs' core values, fostering an inclusive and diverse cultural ethos that reflects our Culture of Caring.
  • Set clear technical direction and serve as a strong role model for client focus and responsiveness.
  • Identify and anticipate client needs, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead technical delivery, effectively managing both Jacobs staff and contractors.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with Safety Assurance and Systems Engineering principles.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Demonstrable Systems Engineering expertise and leadership across the engineering lifecycle.
  • Ability to lead SE projects, including client interface, management of team activities, budget allocation, and time management.
  • Effective communication skills, including technical writing and verbal communication.
  • We welcome applicants with Systems Engineering expertise from other industries outside of Rail.
