Lorna Jane is a leader in the activewear industry, and we're seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Sydney City store.

About the Role
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and effective management of sales floor stock, cash handling, and customer service
  • Deliver a phenomenal in-store experience for customers by influencing the local active community through events and campaigns
  • Present an exceptional store through effective merchandising, including visual displays and product placement
  • Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the team to drive high performance and achieve business objectives

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management, preferably in the activewear industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
