Retail Store Manager

  • Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Develop, train and succession plan your team for increased productivity
  • Ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers
  • Manage daily stock operations to minimize loss and maximize sales
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
  • Roster your team according to store trading hours

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in developing and coaching teams
  • Previous management experience, preferably in retail
  • Ability to deliver genuine customer experiences
  • Proven ability to meet sales, wages, KPIs and stock loss targets
  • Visual merchandising experience working from briefs
